9. Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund. You must send the item(s) back to the required address within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, along with a completed returns form.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days from when your item(s) is received and your refund will be credited to the account you paid with.

Please note return postage is non-refundable and will be paid by you.

We doubt you will ever have the need to return an item but if you unfortunately do, we suggest you return your items via recorded post as not all delivery services are as reliable as Maritime’s!

10. Faulty items
We aim to ensure every item that leaves our shelves is in top condition however if the item you receive is faulty then please contact us prior to making the return so that we can give you details on how to process your return.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order then please contact us using the below information. Alternatively, please fill out this form and either post or email back to us.

12. Payment Policy

We accept all major credit/debit cards including; Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard Credit, Maestro and JCB. All payments are processed by Worldpay for a trusted and secure payment process.

13. Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch your order next working day, but please allow extra time during Bank Holidays and busy times such as Christmas. Orders are posted second class though Royal Mail, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. Please get in touch to enquire about international delivery.

Standard UK mainland delivery charge - £2.95

Delivery for orders over £25 is free of charge to mainland UK
